Week 45 Volcano Calbuco exploded!

Volcano calbuco exploded! It was kind of scary at first because my companion and i thought it was a mushroom cloud from a nuclear bomb haha. Luckily we`re in osorno, which is about an hour drive from the volcanoe and we weren`t really affected. Somehow, we completely avoided the ash fall here in osorno! Nothing of ash! Apparently the wind took the ash all over south america, but here in osorno it`s as if nothing had happended. Here`s a few pics!
We went to a baptism this saturday and we have been running around like crazy going to a bunch of appointments. We also had a conference with the president, where we learned a lot of stuff and we learned how to be more effective teachers. Anyways, more updates to come next week, hopefully no more volcanoes explode!

Week 44

I`m running out of time because it took forever to upload this pictures, so this will be short!
We have tons of people to teach here, from investigators to less actives to recent converts, so we have our schedules full. I`m super excited, because we have a couple people that i think will be ready for baptism in a month or two if everything goes well! We`ve been leaving with the members of the ward to go visit people and we`ve have a lot of references from the members because they really trust us in this sector. We had one noche de hogar on friday night, and the whole priests quorom came to support a less active 19 year old named mario. He`s been inactive for a while now, but he really wants to serve a mission and get his life in order again.
Other than that, The weather`s been pretty cold here. Tons of rain and it`s been pretty cold! We have made fire in the fireplace almost everynight haha.
Another highlight of the week is they opened a Subway here in osorno! It was exactly like the subways in the states, so it was super good. I had a chicken bacon ranch.
Here`s pictures!

Week 43

I got transfered this week and went to Rahue Bajo 2 in Osorno! I`s really excited for this transfer because this sector is super awesome and my companion Elder Wilson from Providence Utah is a great guy. The ward has about 100-120 people in it, and i didn`t have to teach the classes, give  a talk, or lead the sacrament meeting this sunday, so that was a nice break!
Elder Wilson has been in this sector for 6 weeks, so he knows the sector good enough, but they recently closed the sisters sector, which was right next to ours, and we got their entire sector and all the people they were teaching too. Our sector is HUGE now, and we have tons of people to teach, so that will be a great change.
For p day, we played basketball and volleyball, ate completos, and now we`re probably going to go sleep in the house.
I`ll give you the update on all our investigators and stuff when we know them a little bit better and i remember all their names!

Week 42

This was a great week because we had easter, general conference, activities and everything!
General conference was awesome. We watched it in spanish. It`s awesome to see how much my spanish has improved. I can`t talk perfect yet, but i can understand everything.
For easter we have a stake activity with the stake of puerto Montt with 14 other missionaries and did an open house at the stake center. We did a tour of the life of jesus christ and showed the new easter video of the church. Not as people went as we hoped, but it was still a cool activity! Also, we got to stay the night at the house of the elders of puerto montt and i beat them both in chess so that was fun.
I don`t have much time today, like always, because we were told our transfers today and i`m going to Rahue Bajo In Osorno! I don`t really know anything about the sector so i`ll have to write about it in my next email.
